a Coastal tour

This one was used for a Pacific Coast tour from Seattle to San Francisco, not an easy day. The need was for comfort, load carrying ability, extra water and custom front and rear rack for all the added gear to survive the trip. The design is a Dogwood Cycleworx “ Twin “ with two top tubes that reach all the way back to the rear drop outs making an elegant curve to the side profile. The Cheerwine can help on those touring days when energy runs low. The last photo is climbing up the main hump of the Astoria bridge crossing the Columbia river from Washington State to Oregon.
